Founded in 2023 by the former Lobster Films teams, FPA France is a company dedicated to excellence in the preservation and promotion of classic films and documentaries. With a legacy of unique know-how, we continue the legacy of Lobster Films by offering a full range of services ranging from collection to restoration, including the promotion and enhancement of rare heritage films.

Created in 1985, Lobster Films had unique expertise in the collection, restoration and promotion of heritage films. In 2023, the former Lobster Films teams established FPA France, ensuring the continuity and development of this precious cinematographic heritage. Lobster Films formed a pillar of cinematographic history - and its mission and spirit remain intact within FPA France.

FPA France is home to one of the most valuable collections of rare films built over the past 40 years. With more than 5,000 titles in across all genres, this collection constitutes a veritable gold mine for both cinema lovers and researchers. Cinematic treasures, often previously unseen, are carefully preserved and made accessible through our ongoing commitment to preserving the world's cinematic heritage.
